Leo
Alcalá is an author, international speaker
and peak performance coach from Caracas, Venezuela.
For more than a decade, he has designed, produced and presented keynote speeches and workshops —both in English and Spanish— about success, leadership, personal power, motivation, effectiveness and peak performance, in countries like the USA, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Dominican Rep., Costa Rica, Venezuela and Japan.
In November of 2004, he participated as the only Latin American speaker presenting at the 59th JCI World Congress held at the city of Fukuoka, Japan. From a total of nine conferences —including the ones delivered by Dr. Stephen Covey and Toyota’s CEO— Leo Alcalá’s performance was evaluated as one of the two most influential and high-impact conferences of the whole event.
He is the author of the best-selling book El PODER para Lograr lo que Quieras (www.elpoderparalograr.com—soon to be available in English). Leo Alcalá is also the author of personal development audio programs like How to Achieve More and Have Time for Everything and other titles in Spanish.
As an international speaker and workshop facilitator, he leaves a great positive impact with his audiences through his dynamic, entertaining, passionate and high-energy style.

The knowledge and tools presented by Leo Alcalá through his keynotes and workshops are of enormous value and positive impact to the business; not only for the information he shares... also for the greatly enthusiastic and dynamic delivery with which he ignites the power in people to achieve better results.
